Design and Display

With chest held out, the Infinix Note 7 features the best chassis design on any smartphone in the Infinix Note series. It is unarguably one of the best-looking Infinix smartphones.

Although it was not built with premium materials, it has a design that could pass as befitting for a mid-range flagship smartphone.

On the rear, is a combo of a gradient design and a kaleidoscopic color pattern that emits different colors based on how it’s tilted.

Also present is a circular camera bump housing quad cameras and beneath is the Infinix Note logo, which indicates that its an Infinix smartphone from the Note series.

Flip to the front side, you have got a 6.95 inch IPS LCD display with a hole punch camera cut-out. This display has a screen resolution of 720 x 1640 and a pixel density of 258 ppi.

The Cameras

The Infinix Note 7 features a camera system that shows a substantial upgrade from its predecessors. For a start, it features a quad-camera system on the rear, as opposed to the triple camera on which is the highest obtainable on its predecessor.

Its quad-camera system is home to a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP macro camera, a 2MP depth camera and another 2MP camera, which is dedicated for video captures only

This camera setup is capable of taking photos in HDR, Panorama and also shoot videos capped at 1080p at 30fps.

Selfies are captured by a 16MP camera. This camera is also capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps.

Hardware and Software

The Infinix Note 7 falls in the category of lower-midrange Android Phones However, it is capable of running some tasks with micro delay

Inside the Infinix Note 7 is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor, a Mali-G52 2EEMC2 graphics processing unit, 4GB or 6GB RAM, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage and a non-removable 5000mAh battery.

On the software side of the things, you have got the XOS 6.0 user interface running on the Android 10.0 operating system.


The Infinix Note 7 features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a version 2.0 Micro-USB port, dual-band wifi, Bluetooth 5.0.

Internet connectivity on the Infinix Note 7 is capped at 4G LTE. which means downloads and streaming will be capped at 4G speeds.

Infinix Mobility is yet to announced the official price for the Infinix Hot 9 as at the time this article was written, however, the price will be updated once it’s known.

The Infinix Note 7 was announced on April 6, 2020, and is expected to go on sale later in April.
